Free Delivery: Techcey offers FREE standard delivery on eligible orders of ৳3,500 or more across Bangladesh. Thousands of selected products are included in this offer.
Eligibility: The minimum order value of ৳3,500 must be met after applying any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers. Free delivery applies only to products marked or specified as eligible for free delivery.
Orders Below ৳3,500: Standard delivery charges will apply to orders with an eligible total value below ৳3,500. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout.
Scheduled Delivery: Customers may choose a specific delivery date and/or time where the service is available. Additional delivery charges may apply for scheduled or priority delivery, even when the order qualifies for free standard delivery.
Delivery Area: Free delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location, product type, size/weight, courier coverage, and other logistical factors.
Multiple Shipments: If an order contains products shipped separately or from different locations, additional delivery charges may apply where necessary. Customers will be informed of any applicable charges before confirmation whenever possible.
Returns & Exchanges: Free delivery applies to the initial eligible delivery only. Return, exchange, or re-delivery charges may apply according to Techcey's Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Customers may request a return of an eligible product within the applicable return period, provided the product is kept in its original condition with packaging, accessories, labels, and documentation intact.
Opening the package solely to inspect the product does not automatically make it ineligible for return. However, products that are used, activated, physically damaged, altered, or missing accessories/packaging may not qualify for a return or full refund.
All returns are subject to Techcey’s Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and product-specific warranty conditions.
The Product Will Not Be Accepted for Return if Any Required Item Is Missing:
- Original product packaging and supplied accessories;
- Valid invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase from Techcey;
- Warranty card or warranty documentation, where applicable;
- Serial number, IMEI, seals, labels, or product identification has been removed or altered;
- Service/inspection report describing the defect, where required.
Once the return is inspected and approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to Techcey’s Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
